Staff were very helpful and thorough, sent through forms in advance to fill out and updated me on any changes and also with reminders for appointment and direction to clinic. I saw Tennille, the audiologist, she was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and suggested solutions, useful tools and plans to assist with my issues. I found the appointment very informative and had information that I went away with to assist me and also had further information email to me by Tennille, very much appreciated the personal contact. I have recently started to experience tinnitus and it has been very overwhelming and anxiety producing. I have never felt such a frightening feeling that has made me feel like I have no control over my life or what I am hearing. After reading so many good reviews about Bev at Perth Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic my gut instinct told me to choose her. I was lucky to get in within a week and have quite a long session with her. She was calming, not only with her knowledge and professionalism but her kind and gentle manner with so much positivity. Despite the loud racket in my head, I have left the clinic today with so much hope and peace to know that I can overcome this issue. She has given me so many resources to use and guide me through this. Thank you Bev, you are one in a million and I am lucky that I came across you.
